WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Please allow 5 business days for items to be processed and then shipped (unless otherwise noted). All domestic orders weighing under 13 oz. will be shipped USPS First Class which can take 3-5 business days.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY?

If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please message us within 3 days of your order. All inquiries can be sent to info@native-bear.com and we will do my best to work to address the issue. We will gladly refund you or process an exchange on any faulty item that was overlooked on our end. However, we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange for items that were damaged by USPS.
After we have had a chance to discuss the details of your refund or exchange, we ask that you ship the item(s) back before the refund is processed. The shipping is at the customer's expense.

DOES NATIVE BEAR OFFER THE OPTION TO SELL ON CONSIGNMENT?

At this time, I am only taking on new wholesale accounts.  While I understand this can be difficult for some businesses I have found this to be the most clean cut process when working with both national and international retailers.

WHY THE NAME 'NATIVE BEAR'? ARE YOU NATIVE AMERICAN?

I chose the name Native Bear because I have always included my family nickname, 'Bear' in my creative endeavors. I chose to use the word 'native' because I love the literal definition: 'of indigenous origin or growth'. The name 'Native Bear' is meant as an abstract personification of one's bohemian side, and is not a reference to being of Native American decent or tribal culture.
