All in stock items require 5 business days processing + shipping time (unless otherwise noted). All domestic orders weighing under 13 oz. will be shipped USPS First Class which can take 3-5 business days. Domestic orders weighing 1 lb or more will ship via Priority and will generally take 2-3 business days according to USPS standards.
All orders that are listed as a PREORDER will ship by the date specified. Please know that when you order an item listed as a PREORDER all items in your order will ship together by the date specified.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! We ship via USPS or UPS. Right now we go by the calculated rates provided by the companies and it is based on the weight of the order.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY?
If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please message us within 3 days of your order. All inquiries can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to work to address the issue. We will gladly refund you or process an exchange on any faulty item that was overlooked on our end. However, we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange for items that were damaged by USPS.
After we have had a chance to discuss the details of your refund or exchange, we ask that you ship the item(s) back before the refund is processed. The shipping is at the customer's expense.
MY ORDER SAYS IT WAS 'DELIVERED' BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT. CAN I GET A REFUND OR A REPLACEMENT?
Thieves suck! But unfortunately, there is nothing we can do for packages that were never received but show they were 'delivered' according to your tracking information. We understand that sometimes mail can be stolen, but USPS insurance doesn't cover lost packages that show they were 'delivered'. Therefore we cannot offer a refund or replacement items when this happens.
I'M STILL WAITING ON MY INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT TO ARRIVE. WHEN CAN I EXPECT IT?
We currently use the United States Post Office to ship the majority of our orders. This is the most affordable for customers and is usually very reliable. However, we can't control or account for packages once it leave the US. The package is then handed over to the postal service of that country and is at their discretion.
If you haven't received your package after 1 month we suggest getting in touch with your local post office branch to see if they have it there or to see if it's in customs. Because every country is different and has it's own set of unique customs specifications we are not responsible for tracking down your package once it leaves the US.

We are accepting new wholesale accounts and only work on a wholesale basis. While I understand this can be difficult for some businesses I have found this to be the most clean cut process when working with both national and international retailers.

WHY THE NAME 'NATIVE BEAR'? ARE YOU NATIVE AMERICAN?
We chose the name Native Bear because of Leela's family nickname, 'Bear'. The term 'native' is meant to reflect the literal definition: 'of indigenous origin or growth'. With the name Native Bear we hope to reflect the innate beauty of nature and evoke a sense of belonging.
